Our Nurse Practitioners are highly skilled clinicians who can assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions. They work independently and as part of the wider clinical team, providing expert care for both acute illnesses and long-term conditions. Nurse Practitioners can also order investigations, make referrals, and prescribe medication where appropriate.

Rachel Tate, Nurse Practitioner & Safeguarding Clinician

Rachel is an experienced Nurse Practitioner who provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a variety of health concerns. As a Safeguarding Clinician, she plays an important role in supporting the welfare and protection of vulnerable children and adults, working closely with the practice team and external agencies to ensure patients receive appropriate care and support. Rachel is committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and patient-centred care.

Yvonne White, Nurse Practitioner

Yvonne is an experienced Nurse Practitioner who supports patients with a wide range of health needs. She is able to assess, diagnose, and manage many acute and ongoing conditions, helping patients access timely care. Yvonne works closely with the wider healthcare team to promote good health and achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.

Kiera McKenzie, Locum Nurse Practitioner

Kiera is a Locum Nurse Practitioner who provides clinical support to the practice. She assesses, diagnoses, and treats a variety of health conditions, helping to ensure patients can access high-quality care when they need it. Kiera works collaboratively with colleagues across the practice to deliver safe, effective, and patient-focused healthcare.
