Online Appointments

We offer a blended digital/telephone/face to face assessment system. To consult with a clinician, please submit an Online Consultation to send your medical problem/query through to our clinical team. 

Online Consultations received by 2.30pm will be dealt with the same day, Online Consultations received after 2.30pm will be dealt with the following working day.

Missed Telephone Appointments:

Please let us know if you will be unavailable for a telephone appointment that you have booked online. Either contact us by telephone (01788 542212) to cancel it online. This will allow us to offer the telephone appointment to another patient.

Practice Nurse Appointments:

Due to the nature of nurses’ appointments we are currently unable to offer these online.
