New Patients

All residents in Rugby and surrounding areas are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure. We also require one form of photographic ID at the time of registration.

You will need to complete an NHS registration which can be accessed here.

Once you have completed your registration please email your photographic ID to rwmp@nhs.net

All new patients will be offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that we can obtain previous medical history.

Please don’t worry if you do not want to receive a health check. You can contact us for medical assistance from day one. We are more than happy to help.
